Day 82 of 100

All your children will be taught by the Lord. And they will have much peace. – Isaiah 54:13 (ICB)

Loving God, we come lifting children and youth into your loving embrace to find protection, guidance, friendship, and support.

Abba, we ask that you bless the children to know you through direct relationship with you and the people you have called to be present in their lives. Please send good guides that foster strong and godly character, right thinking, and futures that lead with empathy and kindness. We ask for parents, leaders, teachers, and overseers of children who serve and protect them from harm, calamity, chaos, confusion, and the ills and evils of this world. We ask that you build and surround children with networks of solid friends and other children who influence them to goodness, greatness, and peace. We ask for people to support your children with encouragement, resources, godly and excellent teaching, exposing them to all the good they can be and all the good that your kingdom is, and all the good you are and promise to be for them. We ask that you surround children and youth with your mighty wings, filling their lives with encounters of you, drawing them steadily into relationship with you, and growing them into mighty warriors purpose driven for Christ, obedient to your call and the prompting of your spirit.

Thank you, Lord, for watching over your children. Thank you even more for protecting them and prospering them in relationships, spirit, and your truth. Thank you that your blessings and guidance are upon them and that they are heeding your call. Thank you for opening their eyes and hearts and minds to your work in their lives. Thank you for providing your people to be guides, protectors, parents, friends, mentors, and support for them. Thank you that the children and youth of today will be joined by many future generations as purpose filled and loving warriors for the kingdom.

In the name of Jesus who served and loved children and those considered the least, we declare it is so.

Beware that you don’t look down upon a single one of these little children. For I tell you that in heaven their angels have constant access to my Father. – Matthew 18:10 (TLB)
